  • I've made the payment. But my profile still is in free category. Why?

    We make sure that every profile is upgraded as soon as we receive payment.

    If you have made the payment and your profile is still in the free category, please send your complete payment details to support@vokkaligas.com.



  • Can I pay online using my credit card?

    Yes you can. We accept all leading credit cards.



  • What types of credit cards are accepted for payment?

    We accept all leading credit cards, including Master, Visa, Amex, Diners Club cards and more.



  • Can I pay using a Debit Card?

    Yes, you can pay using your Debit Card. We would like to caution you that some banks that issue Debit Cards do not allow online Debit Card payments. So please check with your bank.



  • How long will it take to upgrade my profile, once I make the payment?

    We will upgrade your profile as soon as we receive your payment. An e-mail confirming your upgradation will be sent to you.



  • Is online payment secure?
